Your tasks
As part of your part-time role (50 - 60%), the following areas await you:
  • Administrative support: Taking on classic administrative HR tasks such as creating certificates and maintaining digital personnel files.
  • Recruiting: creation of job advertisements, applicant communication, appointments.
  • Onboarding and offboarding: Support in the implementation of our onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • HR software support: Contact person for employees and managers with questions about our HR software Personio, including basic technical and content-related support.
  • Payroll coordination: interface with our external payroll office to ensure that all payroll processes are handled correctly and on time.
  • Office management: from post to decoration - you own it!
Your profile
  • approx. 2 years of experience in Human Resources, in particular with an operational focus in an agile, digital environment
  • good knowledge of HR administration, labor law and social security regulations
  • very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • structured, precise and careful way of working
  • good communication skills
  • confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and willingness to learn new systems
  • experience with HR software, especially Personio, is an advantage
  • ability to work in a team, proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
  • willingness to be on site for at least 4 days of your working time (normally)
